Learning project: post 3

This post is mostly being made for those who didn’t bother watching the video I posted not too long ago.
As of right now I’ve pretty much finished the rough sketches of the primary character and I’m considering doing a second.
Wire frames have never been hard, it mostly came down to what pose I wanted to do and in the end I thought the sample image that my friend gave me would probably be the best reference for the pose anyway. After that I decided to take a closer look at the pen settings and I must say, all the options that Clip Studio gives is kind of crazy. Definitely making me think about how I want to ink this when I’m done. The sketching has probably been the most fruitful as well as the most calming, when I first started this I thought I was getting in over my head just like I had done before but, being able to draw the way I usually do with a tablet really helped ease my worries.

Next up on my plate is looking into color mixing and planning out how the primary character will be colored and/or stylized.
